General

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio and a client to whom Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio has declared these terms and conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not explicitly deviated from these terms and conditions in writing.

Deposit

To book all appointments, a deposit of € 100 must be paid. This amount is deducted from the total amount. With the deposit you are assured of a time slot at Zarité Micropixel PMU studio and you reserve the exclusive time and attention of our PMU specialist. You thereby also give us the confidence that you have made a convinced decision to undergo a PMU treatment.

Appointments

You can change your appointment once, without having to make a new down payment, provided that this change is communicated to us no later than 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not meet this obligation or do not do so on time, Zarité PMU Studio is entitled to charge the down payment to you. If you want to change the appointment for the second time, the appointment must be cancelled and a new appointment must be made in which a new down payment must be made again.

If the client arrives in the Studio without notification more than 15 minutes later than the agreed time, Zarité PMU Studio may refuse the treatment and charge the down payment. If Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio is prevented to comply to an appointment, Zarite Micropixel PMU Studio must notify the client as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. The client is responsible at all times for fulfilling the made appointment.

Payment

Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio lists all prices of treatments and products visible on the website. The reported prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Offers in advertisements are valid for the specified duration and / or while there are available time slots. The client is obliged to make the payments when making an appointment. Immediately after the treatment, the client must pay the treatment and any products in cash or by debit card.

A PMU from an other Studio / Scar in the area to be treated

Have you already had PMU applied from an other studio? Then we would like to explore the possibilities with you. Before making an appointment, send us clear and sharp photos in clear daylight from the eyebrows to [email protected] This also applies to (deep and / or large) scars in the area of the skin to be treated.

You can only make an appointment after Zarité PMU Studio has confirmed that treatment is possible. In some cases, it is not possible to perform a treatment with old permanent make-up and / or deep large scars. In the event that this is not reported by the client in advance, the full amount will be charged.

PMU contraindications

Permanent makeup is safe and not harmful to the skin. In some cases it is not recommended to undergo a PMU treatment. Below you will find a number of contraindications for which we will not apply a PMU:

• On a scar that is less than 1 year old.
• Or an area where a laser wound has not yet healed.
• In an area where PMU or tattoo was lasered less than 3 months ago.
• In an area where PMU was applied less than 6 weeks prior.
• On irritated skin such as bumps, dark moles or swellings.
• In an area where you have undergone plastic surgery or radiation during the past year.

Also consider the following:

• Do not use blood-thinning medicines in the 2 days prior to treatment (if your doctor allows).
• Do not use eyebrow paint in the 4 weeks prior to treatment.
• Do not use fruit or vitamin A acid creams on the skin to be treated in the 3 weeks prior to treatment.
• Do not use eyebrow growth serum in the 6 months prior to treatment.
• After botox treatment in the forehead area: wait 3 weeks before undergoing a pmu treatment.
• After eyelid correction: wait 3 months before undergoing pmu treatment.
• After using Roaccutane: wait 6 months before undergoing pmu treatment.

After treatments

• The free after treatment for semi-permanent make-up must take place within 8 weeks after the first treatment. At the latest after your first visit to our salon, you will have the opportunity to schedule an appointment for the free follow-up treatment. If for whatever reason you are unable to appear within 8 weeks for your free follow-up treatment, it will be cancelled. You are free to book a paid follow-up treatment.
• The client is given the option of having any irregularities corrected and / or updated during the free post-treatment. All subsequent treatments at the request of the client for the purpose of correction, updating and / or additions will be charged at the then applicable rate.
• If you cancel the appointment within 48 hours of the free follow-up treatment or if you do not appear on the appointment without notification, the free follow-up treatment will expire. You can still book a paid follow-up treatment.
• If the client wishes a follow-up treatment while Zarité Micropixel PMU studio does not consider this (medically) justified, Zarité studio may refuse this follow-up treatment.

Liability

Zarité PMU Studio is not liable for damage of any kind caused by Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio based on incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical disorders, medication use, work or leisure activities. Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the client has taken to the Studio or has left in the car.

In the event that Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio is found liable for any damage suffered by the client, the compensation will be limited to the amount originally charged by Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio for the relevant delivery and/ or products minus the material costs. Any right to possible compensation expires in any case and insofar the client has not taken measures immediately after the occurrence of the damage to limit the damage or to prevent more or other damage, and has not provided Zarité Micropixel PMU studio in this regard as soon as reasonably possible of all relevant information. 

Damage and theft

Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment, products or other property of Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio. Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio always reports theft to the police.

Decent behaviour

The client should behave properly in Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio according to generally accepted standards. If, after repeated warnings, the client continues to display improper behaviour, Zarité Micropixel PMU Studio has the right to refuse the client access to the studio without giving reasons and to charge the deposit and the entire amount of the treatment.
